Storage

IEMS offers climate-controlled storage to our clients. The motors that are housed at our facility are lubricated and we turn their shafts monthly. We document maintenance on each motor stored in our facility and the climate is monitored and recorded daily for precise accuracy.

Our storage facility has been specifically designed for storing new and used surplus motors and is well equipped with a 5-ton and  30-ton overhead crane. This allows us to house electric motors of all sizes. We added 25,000 square feet to our existing storage facility at the end of 2013. We boast a total of 50,000 square feet of climate-controlled storage to better accommodate our clients’ needs. The new addition has two 40-ton cranes, increasing our capacity even further.
